July Favourites

It's that time of the month again where the favourites come about - I swear it always comes around sooooo quickly. Anyway's let get on with it shall we...

Everything Everything By: Nicola Yoon
Okay. So I know the previous books I have put in my favourites I have said are the best books I've ever read - butttttt this particular book has out shone them all, this has got to be one of my all time faves everrrr. Zoella has her own bookclub and this was one of her recommendations and when she spoke about it I had to read it! It's about a girl called Madeline Whittier (Maddy for short) who just turned 18 years old and has spent her entire 17 years stuck indoors because shes allergic to the outside world. I think that's what made this whole book interesting because I was curious what she's do all day! Anyway she is looked after by Nurse Carla and her mum who keep her company. Then one day a family move in next door and a particular someone - Olly becomes an interest to Maddy. When they meet properly it's like the cutest owhmagod and something sparks between them in later meetings. As I always say gonna leave it there cuz i'll end up writing the whole book hahaha!

The Scrapbook Of My Life By: Alfie Deyes
I was sooooooooooooooo excited to delve into this book because when I flicked through it in the shop before actually having a copy the font (like proper scrapbook ruff writing), pictures, 'scan me' and drawings made me wanna read it right there and then. So when I did get it, I was hooked immediately. Alfie goes through his life up until he's 22 explaining experiences/life events that really stood out to him with blank pages for the reader to fill out and document their life too. It was really fun to scan the pages because photo's would come up or video's from his childhood of him and Poppy that have never been seen before are in the book. I was quite sad when I got to the end as I wanted to carry on but obviously he hasn't lived the rest of his life yet so in the near future it would be nice if he carried it on.

Tanya Bakes By: Tanya Burr
One of the most loveliest women ever, TB has made a baking book and this makes me very very happy. Not to mention how beautifully layed out this book is with pictures of her on each chapter (GORGEOUS) but the pictures of the cakes, biscuits, loaves basically everything looks dreamyyy! I have already tried out the fork biscuits (can't remember the given name) and they turned out better than expected and were so soooo yummy that I ended up eating the majoirty of them oops. But I am so proud of her and her new soft luxe range too which I can't wait to get my hands on because its matte!

Pokemon Go App;
This is the talk at the moment! The day Pokemon Go was realeased in the UK I was SO relieved because I tried to make an American aacount to get it but you needed card details so that was annoying -.- Now Pokemon Go is like Marmite, you either love it or your hate it. I for a fact am quite addicted to it because I love catching them and building a collection of them. But I must say the amount of Zubats are soo annoying cuz there are so many of them! The day it came out we went out in the evening and there were just groups of people with their phones and it kinda made me laugh because literally everyone is so engrossed into it.
