Autumn
My favourite season is upon us and it makes me v.v.v excited! I love the whole cosy feeling having my candles lit, lots of hot drinks and my thick pj's. As well as that, the crisp weather which means I can layer and finally wear my jumpers (I have wayyyyy to many but I love them!!) Anyone else also love the tree's and the leaves changing colours of red, brown, yellow and orange which look super pretty. Oooh and the crunch of the leaves is very satisfying hehe!
Christmas is coming.... ;)
Would I Lie To You? TV Show
One of the funniest shows I've ever watched as it gets to the point where I'm in tears of laughter. It's that dam good! Hosted by Rob Brydon who is a fabulous funny host along with the two team leaders Lee Mack & David Mitchell who are just as funny. Basically the point of it is there are two teams and a celebrity reads out a statement and the opposite team have to guess whether it's a truth or a lie by asking questions. The person's who statement it was will try to as convincing as possible, to catch the other team out. Then at the end they push a button, truth/lie, to see the result. Along the way things get wacky and out of hand but that's what makes it a great show!
All The Bright Places By: Jennifer Niven
If this book doesn't make you cry and break your heart then there's something wrong with you.
This is a important and beautifully written book that definitely opened my eyes. I know this year I've said books that are the best but this one is different and the BEST.
The story is based on two teenagers - Violet Markey & Theodore Finch (or just Finch) who are both unhappy because Violet's mourning her sister who has passed away. Finch on the other hand, has a mental illness and is thinking of suicide most of the time. Until both of them meet on the school bell tower & are partners in a US Geography project. This creates a friendship that becomes stronger, because you can see that throughout the book, both of them have such a massive impact on each others lives. The chapters take it in turns, so you see Violet's point of view then the story continues and then on Finch's view, vise versa.
There are also SO many wonderful quotes in this book that I could list annnddd oh next year there is going to be film on this book which I literally can't wait for!!
